Pay GST on society maintenance if monthly charge is more than this and annual collection is above Rs 20 lakh

GST: Every homeowner who is paying more than Rs 7,500 per month as house maintenance charges to the Resident Welfare Association (RWA), housing society, will need to pay 18% GST also.
