Real estate: The Bombay High Court has ruled that no GST can be levied in a joint development agreement (JDA) where the landowner/homeowner has not sold the land's development rights. In this case where this judgement came, the landowner made a deal with the builder to build a multstoried apartment on his land, for this he paid Rs 7 crore and 2 apartments.
