Definition of non-fungible tokens as per CBDT: Here's what is not taxed as NFTs

Effective from FY 2022-23, gains from virtual digital assets, cryptos and non-fungible tokens or usually known as NFTs (that will be notified by the government) will be taxed at the flat rate of 30%.
