Bombay HC directs Williamson Magor to deposit Rs 15 crore in the court in a suit filed by Kotak Bank

Justice GS Patel, in his order of March 5, while directing the BSE-listed company to deposit Rs 14.88 crore in the court also said the company can alternatively furnish a bank guarantee for the entire amount or, optionally, a bank guarantee for a part of the amount and a cash deposit for the rest.
